Miguel Salinas began as a superintendent for one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, where he learned what worked and what didn’t. He founded ERS Construction Services to bring accountability, better communication, and genuine craftsmanship back into the building process, and he refuses to compromise quality for profit.
